An independent, HD camera system, which is mounted to a mast affixed to the Command and Control Vehicle deployed to the scene of an incident. This solution provides HD imagery of a larger target area providing either a wide area picture to ascertain the ground in general or can be used in conjunction with the PTZ function to view a particular scene in greater detail. These images and video contribute to the decision making cycle for incident decision makers at all levels, whether in the local Command and Control Unit or Silver/Gold Command HQs, to see real-time footage of the incident. Images and video are captured and broadcast via the Bence CommandNET solution in a variety of image types, including Thermal, Infrared and 4K UHD, with the camera sensor being able to observe in excess of 3km.
An independent, HD camera system, which is mounted to a custom designed tripod. This system is designed to be deployed at strategically identified locations around an incident or location of interest. This solution provides HD imagery of a specific target area providing either a wide area picture to ascertain the ground in general or can be used in conjunction with the PTZ function to view a particular scene in greater detail. These images and video contribute to the decision making cycle for incident decision makers at all levels, whether in the local Command and Control Unit or Silver/Gold Command HQs, to see real-time footage of the incident. Images and video are captured and broadcast via the Bence CommandNET solution in a variety of image types, including Thermal, Infrared and 4K UHD, with the camera sensor being able to observe in excess of 2km.
An independent, HD camera system, which is mounted to an easily deployable, ready-to-fly aircraft. The UAS is designed to be deployed quickly and easily and to operate in and around the vicinity of an incident providing critical imagery of an incident or target area overview required by decision makers. The camera operates with full PTZ function and is stabilized using a gimbal thereby producing real-time imagery of exceptional quality and high reliability. These images and video contribute to the decision making cycle for incident decision makers at all levels, whether in the local Command and Control Unit or Silver/Gold Command HQs, to see real-time footage of the incident. Images and video are captured and broadcast via the Bence CommandNET solution in a variety of image types, including Thermal, Infrared and 4K UHD, with the camera sensor being able to observe in excess of 40km (around 25 miles) when flow at 400 feet above ground level.
